Please Don't Slow Me Down
You probably know by now that I am "thistle happy." So, it should come as no surprise that finding a butterfly on a thistle was pure bliss. :) This one was moving her top wings a little so I'm afraid there's some motion blur up there.
I believe this is Papilio glaucus Linnaeus, female, commonly known as Eastern Tiger Swallowtail. If I am wrong, feel free to correct me. :)

Both of my sisters are beautiful inside and out. This is Jill. :) She used to play Barbies with me even when she was too old. And you would have loved to see bicycle tricks AND her as Electrowoman with me as DynaGirl! She's the middle child. I'm the baby. ;)
